What is your biggest ticketing challenge?

“Ttttiiiiiiiiiimmmmmmmmmmeeeeeeeeeeee ;) We are so so busy here all the time – getting a second to even get to the computer to do anything is a challenge !!! lol But it would be a great treat to have things that we could do :) And with the economy, my parents have all had restrictions put on them – with no pay raises, loss of jobs etc…So anything that I can do to make it nice for them i try to ;)”
