It is time for the McDowell Mountain Music Festival again! The festival not only features great music, but also a silent auction, marketplace, drum circle, acoustic stage, Kid’s Zone, and more. Creamy Radio, Phoenix’s premier independent Internet Radio station, will be sponsoring the Creamy Radio Second Stage at MMMF for the eighth time.
Tonight at 5:00 p.m., the McDowell Mountain Music Festival will begin with a performance by Endoplasmic. Ozomatli will preform at 6:30 followed by Galactic at 8:30. An after hours performance by The Motet will then take place inside The Compound from 11 p.m. – 1 a.m. This show will require a separate ticket.
The festival will continue throughout Saturday and Sunday. Some of Saturday’s performances include: Dark Star Orchesta, Big Head Todd and the Monsters, Anders Osborne, and Trevor Hall. A few of Sunday’s performances will be by: The Travelin’ McCourys featuring Keller Williams, Soulive, Bob Schneider, and Carolina Chocolate Drops.
