FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Gilbert, AZ (February 5, 2018) – Lynne King Smith, along with TicketForce, Thrive Co-Working for Women, and The Brass Tap Craft Beer Bar are pleased to announce they will be holding a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new BLDG313 in Gilbert, Arizona at 2pm on February 26th.
TicketForce CEO King Smith, who has overseen the project for about 2 years now, said this, "BLDG313 is a dream brought to life through the work of so many – built from the ground up, the building represents an era when buildings were built for both beauty and function. From the Chicago-style brick walls and the lot-line to lot-line footprint, BLDG313 utilizes in a genius way, every inch of space possible, making it one of the most unique projects in the area. I'm proud to be a part of making this historic district truly special for years to come."
Mayor Jen Daniels, officials from the Town of Gilbert, and the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce will all be in attendance to offer a few kind remarks about the addition of the building to the historic Heritage District, and to assist in the ribbon-cutting.
The 3-story building is invested in adding to the dynamic culture and community of the town, and will be home to TicketForce’s national headquarters, Thrive Co-Working for Women, the soon-to-be-opened Brass Tap Craft Beer Bar, and has space for a roof-top lounge/bar.
