As president of Live Nation, Northern California, Jodi Goodman oversees concert buying and promotions for a regional portfolio of prolific venues. Highlighted by Shoreline, the flagship amphitheatre in Mountain View, their venues include Concord Pavilion, Sacramento Amphitheatre, the iconic Fillmore, and the newly renovated SF Masonic, in addition to third party venues throughout the region. Goodman's office is responsible for selling more than 1.5 million tickets each year. Since taking office as president in 2011, her business unit has experienced a succession of growth each year.

Goodman began her career in the 1980s booking clubs and colleges in New England as an independent talent buyer. She quickly advanced to vice president of booking after being employed by Don Law, New England's highly respected dominant promoter of the region. There, Goodman led the development of Harborlights, a world class boutique amphitheatre on the Boston Waterfront, and helped develop artists to the arena and amphitheatre levels. She left in 2003, as senior vice president, with strong industry relationships to help book and promote concerts in the Bay Area for Bill Graham Presents DBA Clear Channel Entertainment. She was a lead buyer for the company with an emphasis on boutique venue The Mountain Winery in Saratoga, in addition to overseeing the marketing division.

Of late, Goodman's work has left a lasting impression on San Francisco. Working in collaboration with The America's Cup Event Authority, Live Nation built a unique 9,000-seat waterfront concert venue in 2014 in front of The America's Cup Village. Goodman and her team programmed a well-rounded and exciting series of artists at the venue, including Journey, Sting, Steely Dan, and Imagine Dragons. The concert series received industry and citywide acclaim from politicians, media, and cultural supporters, gaining strong recognition on par with the races themselves.

Goodman and her team were also The Entertainment representatives for this year's Superbowl 50, responsible for several major events throughout San Francisco, including Super Bowl City stage and the epic concert at ATT Park featuring Bay Area icons, Metallica.

Together with Live Nation's national touring content, Goodman's staff of experts in the industry nurture events both large and small. It will always be her ambition to help create memorable experiences that help shape the cultural landscape of The Bay Area.
